Fees

Fees are always quoted in advance.

Generally, you never owe a fee until after we’ve agreed on one. Your fee reflects the time we spend working for you; the difficulty of your case; the value to you; the scale and scope of the matter; and the risk involved.

  • A Fixed Fee is charged for preparation of standard documents, such as Deeds and Wills. and for all other cases expected to follow a predictable course, including Elder Law Planning, Estate Administration, etc.
  • An Hourly Fee is charged when we are paid for the time spent working for you, by itemized time records.
  • Generally, we do not charge a Contingent Fee.

Thank you so much for your hard work on my husband's estate. I did receive the funds form (the bank) after one week after you filed the Court Order. You and your staff have made the experience very educational and easier than I expected.
